Friday was the last day CapMacDC, one of my favorite food trucks, was on the road! So, of course I had make sure I made it to #FarragutFriday to get my last taste!

Ok – double post today! But, this morning we went to the most amazing brunch of my life ever (maybe just thus far at Le Diplomate in Logan Circle. I have been waiting and waiting for this place to open and when I saw that the ladies over at Bitches who Brunch had reviewed it and given it an A I was so excited to try it!
Ben and I had been craving seafood lately, so we decided to go out to Grillfish (an Eatwell DC reataurant) in Dupont for dinner last night. We were not disappointed, to say the least . . . the food was stellar and the service was great! And bonus — because it was a nice night, we got to sit outside on their patio and people watch
Last Saturday I had some truly great mexican food and margaritas! at El Centro D.F., a Taqueria & Tequileria on 14th Street (near U Street) . . .
After waking up late for the 2nd day in a row and forgetting my lunch yet again, I guess I just had to have lunch from another food truck again! This time I walked over to Franklin Park and tried out “Nonna’s Balls” from the Meetball Nation truck . . .
